She was predeceased by : her parents, Ovaun Tackett and Patricia Cook; and her daughters, Amanda Fox and Cheyenne Estabrook. She is survived by : her children, Sabrina Jenson (Miles), Leslie Bailey (Jerred), Mickey Fox and Clayton Fugett (Nashville); her grandchildren, Jeremiah Jenson, Benson Jenson, Nova Cosgrove, Jerred Ouellete, Olivia Fox, Eric Estabrook, Destiny Estabrook, Melodie Estabrook, Mariah Ellis and Adrianna Ellis; and her siblings, Kevin Tackett and Viki Axelrod. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
