She was predeceased by: her parents, Hughie Baker and Lorene Baker; her husband Mel Baucom; and her brother Bob Baker. She is survived by: her sons, Terry (Iris), Scott (Leslie) and Randy (Tracy); her grandchildren, Aaron (Eva Mae), Kyle, Jeffrey, Sean, Kelly and Kristin; and her sister Betty Campbell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jan's name to the Hallwood Church of the Nazarene.
