He was predeceased by: his father Jack Powell Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his children, Jackie (Anthony), Joleen (Aaron), James, Jarred and Jesstina; his granddaughter Allison Jade Bagley; and his brothers, Jack (Darcy), Joel (Nancy) and Jeffrey.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Plumas Lake Golf & Country Club (1551 Country Club Rd, Olivehurst, CA 95961).
