He was predeceased by : his parents, Marion Manley and Goldie Manley (Marlene). He is survived by : his wife Marlene Manley; his children, Kathryn, Ron and Shawn; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Aaron, Micayla, Carlos and Melinda; his great grandchildren, Ramone, Aiyanna, Caliana, Marcel and Eliana; and his sisters, Loveta Manley-Salmon, Darlene Martinez and Violet Saunders. He is also survived by eleven nephews, two nieces, as well as many extended family.
