He is survived by: his wife Alice Staggs; his sister Jane; his children, Edna Hamilton (Rich), John Staggs (Jacqueline), Douglas Staggs (Rachelle) and Alesha Rousseau; and his grandchildren, Caron, Jon, Julia, Dakota, Joshua, Zachary, Brandon, Sarah, Dustin, Cody and Donald. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
