We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2025, at the age of 88, Joseph F. Welch (Oceanside, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Joseph leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Welch; and his children, Joe Welch, Jr. (Vickie Welch), Jay Welch (Beckie Welch), Michelle-Ann Weir (BJ Weir) and Lisa Romo (Elias Romo).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Oceanside Mortuary (602 S Coast Hwy #253, Oceanside, CA 92054). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (2001 S El Camino Real, Oceanside, CA 92054).
