He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oscar Palmquist and Lois Palmquist; his wife Mary Jane; his son Leif (Marisa); and his sister Janet Speer. He was also cherished by 3 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Oceanside High School Performing Arts Center (1 Pirates Cv, Oceanside, CA 92054).
