He is survived by: his children, Mark Garcia (Shari), Karen Garcia Wilde (Mark), Kathleen Warren, Debra Garcia (Edwin), James Garcia and Jeffrey Garcia (Luz). He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be offered to Korean War Veterans Memorial, Misson San Luis Rey Knights of Columbus, or St. Joseph's Indian School.
