She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Campbell and Dorothy Campbell (Hargett); her husband Victor Robert Kotula, Jr.; and her brothers, Stuart Campbell and Malcolm Lee Campbell.

She is survived by: her brother Kenny; her son Kevin (Dana); her grandson Kyle; her stepgrandchildren, Michael, Sean and Cheyenne; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Marie and James. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
