It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willard Eugene Simpson of Oceano, California, born in Hartshorne, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Simpson; his children, Ernie Simpson (Kia), Mike Simpson (Lori), Willard Simpson Jr., Tommy Simpson, Tammy Simpson (Tim Dyer) and Scott Simpson; and his brother Bobby Simpson. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
