It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Papillon of Oceano, California, who passed away on February 2, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn his only daughter, Therese J Duignan (née Papillon), her only daughter Danielle M Askin (née Blanchard), and three great-grandchildren: Jenna R, Rivkah E, and Yosef M.
