He was predeceased by: his stepfather Vern Dahl; his sister Lori Carnes; and his grandparents, Eva and Melvin Burger. He is survived by: his sons, Alexander Carnes and Nicolas Carnes; his mother Cheryl Carnes; his brother Michael Carnes; his fiancé Ashley Rigali; and his nieces and nephews, Brandi, Kaydence and Tristan Carnes.
