He is survived by: his children, Cathy, Alan and Doug; and his sisters, Teresa and Lorraine. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Fred's memory to the food pantry at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Oakley, Hospice of the East Bay, Laurel Elementary, or Vintage Parkway Elementary in Oakley.
