It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Hoover of Oakley, California, born in San Leandro, California, who passed away on August 12, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rosemary and Arthur Hoover Sr.; his wife Patty; his sons, Steven and Art; his daughters-in-law, Laura and Tiffany; his daughter Lisa; his grandchildren, Amber and Brandon; and his brothers, Randy and Bruce.

“I’m very sorry about art I just looked his name up and this came up I had no idea he passed My parents Roy and Marilyn Ecoff and Rosemary and Corky were great friends for many years and I spent a great deal of my childhood with art at his parents house in San Leandro in our house in East Oakland I last saw him at Roy Ecoff my stepdad‘s memorial in Danville Calif I’m really shocked and sorry that he’s gone Ron smith”
