He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Alvarez; his brother Vernie Jay "VJ" (VJ); his wife Lumen; his brother Vincent; his nieces and nephews, Via, Vianca, Vimby, Vhalin and Joshua; and his cousin Pineda.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 AM at the Chapel of the Chimes (4499 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, CA 94611). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church (322 St James Dr, Piedmont, CA 94611).
