He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmer Dilley and Arlena Dilley (Shrout). He is survived by: his wife Marguerite K. "Kitty" Dilley (Duling); his children, Jason D. Dilley of Oakland and Nicole K. Butina of Oakland; his grandchildren, Alexandra Rouse (Kyle) of Denver, CO, Nicholas Butina (Kayleigh Tomblin) of Accident and Abigail Butina of Oakland; and his siblings, Eugene Dilley of Oakland, Gloria Roth (Cecil) of Petersburg, Glenna Miller (Ralph) of Oakland and Aleta Friend (Donnie) of Oakland.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the C &'s Fredlock Funeral Home (21 N 2nd St Ext, Oakland, MD 21550). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Crellin Assembly of God Church (2220 Hutton Rd, Oakland, MD 21550).
