She was predeceased by: her parents, Fritz Anthony and Gladys Anthony (Rodeheaver); her sisters, Shirley Cooper (George), Donna Cosner (Wardney) and Ruby Culp; and her brothers-in-law, Robert Merkle, David "Jake" Pennington and Bill Pennington.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Adam Pennington, Sr.; her son Charles Adam Pennington, Jr. (Lisa); her grandchildren, Tyler Graham, Jordyn Bennett (Dillon) and Haley Judy; her great grandchildren, Jake, Myles Graham and Kamryn Bennett; her sisters, Lois Meade (Bob) of Norwich, NY and Carol Adams (Bob) of Bayard; and her siblings-in-law, Chuck Culp of Bayard, Bob Pennington (Shirley) of Jacksonville, FL, Gary Pennington (Vicky) of Morgantown, WV, Susie Merkle of Oakland, Jane Truitt (Floyd) of Oakland, Janet Sisler (Paul) of Conroe, TX and Donna Dodge (Roger Tise Sr.) of Hedgesville, WV. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
