We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Laura Kallal of Oakland, California. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Loyd, Darlene Moon, John and Maxine Skipper. She is survived by: her parents, John Skipper and Kathy Skipper of Oakland; her husband Dr. Robert Kallal; her children, Ruth Louise Kallal and David Henry Kallal; her sister Rachel Skipper-Carter (Marcus); her in-laws, Robin, Donald Micheletti, Mark and Mandy Kallal; her sister-in-law Jennifer Cecil (Billy); and her nieces and nephews, Ellie and Ethan. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins as well as numerous close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM and on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Loch Lynn Church of God (8649 Gorman Rd, Oakland, MD 21550).
In lieu of flowers, for those who would like to do something in Laura's memory, a contribution may be made to the children's college fund by sending a check payable to Robert Kallal c/o C & S Fredlock Funeral Home, 21 N 2nd St., Oakland, MD, and noting "college fund" in the memo of the check.
