He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lushko and Paulette Lushko (Humbert); his sons, Michael J. and Derek P. Lushko; and his brother-in-law David J. Wilkie.
He is survived by: his former wife Carol Vore-Orms; his sons, Chad R. and Thomas R. Lushko (Katie); his grandchildren, Rydan, Gianna, Lily and Mason; and his siblings, Linda Wilkie, Paulette Zeglin (Walter), Robert G. (Linda Bumgardner) and Steven F. Lushko Sr. (Tammy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
