We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2022, at the age of 80, JoElla Julien (Oakland, California), born in Omaha, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ella M. Haynes and Joseph T. Haynes. She is survived by: her husband Percy Lee Julien; her brother James Robert Haynes (Sharon); her sons, Charles Terence and Joel Lawrence (Florence); and her grandchildren, Jabari Yusef, Aida Gisella and Oona Louisa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
