He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Seibert, Mildred Skipper and John Sturm; and his uncle Lowell Sturm. He is survived by: his parents, Lou Ellen Lichty (Steven) and Richard Skipper, Sr. (Barbara); his children, Jadyn and Ian Skipper; the mother of his children Jessica Fazenbaker-Skipper; his brother Richard Skipper, Jr.; his stepbrothers, Justin, Travis Lichty, Donald Horner, Jr. and Robert Horner; and his grandmother Barbara Sturm.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the Grace Reformed Church (19 S 5th St, Oakland, MD 21550).
