It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Guo Huan Liu (Oakland, California), who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Chimes (4499 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, CA 94611).
