She was predeceased by: her parents, Georgine Elizabeth Fink and Otto Henry Theiss; her husband Bill Steude; and her brother Bill Theiss. She is survived by: her children, Georgine Dotson, Mark (Beth) and John; her grandchildren, Mark Rupert (Charlie), Kelsey (Chelsea), Conner (Jon) and Carter; her great grandchildren, Anabelle and Stafford; and her sisters-in-law, Elaine Theiss and Karen Warmingham. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Faith Church (6299 Ann Arbor-Saline Rd, Saline, MI 48176).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Georgine's name may be made to Holy Faith Church, Haiti Nursing Foundation 1100 N. Main St. #212, Ann Arbor, MI, or to Valparaiso University.
