He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Magnus Kpakpo Acquaye and Eugenia Della Acquaye; his daughter Aku Afanwi Acquaye; and his siblings, May, Mercy, John and James.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chapel of the Chimes Julia Morgan Chapel (4499 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, CA 94611). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mt. View Cemetery (5000 Piedmont Ave, Oakland, CA 94611).
