He is survived by: his wife Bettie; his godson Sean Hickman; his children, Cynthia Oliphant (Joe), Donna Mattern (Bill), Karen Lopez (Mark), Craig Brewster (Carol) and Ron Brewster (Laura); his great grandchild Harper Phillips; and also, Leslie Pendleton (Frank), Jim and Ann. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and many friends.
