He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Provines and Edy Provines; and his brother Douglas. He is survived by: his sister Ginny Johnson; his sister-in-law Kathy Provines; his nieces, Judy Gum and Renee Campbell; and his nephew Rob Provines.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (1000 Cambridge St, Novato, CA 94947).
