She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Henry and James Henry; her sisters, Laurie Henry and Christie Koeppel; and her husband Don Vaughn.

She is survived by: her former husband Joe Piazza; her brother Bill; her siblings-in-law, Lucia Henry and Tim Koeppel; her sons, Jeff Piazza (Michele), Tony Piazza (Julie) and Deven Piazza (Heather); her grandchildren, Shayna, Dominic, Danny, Noelle, Emma and Dylan; and her nephews, Scott, Kevin and Travis.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the donor's favorite nonprofit of choice.
