We are sad to announce that on May 13, 2021, at the age of 84, Robert Stephen Elkins of Novato, California, born in Los Angeles, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nate and Rose. He is survived by: his children, Debbi, Laura (Michael), Sandy (Helen) and Arnold (Alice); his wife Ling; his daughter Deborah (Steve); his grandchildren, Keith, Mariah, Madelaine, Ashley, Zachary, Kayla, Austin, Ryan and Sadie; and his brothers, Paul (Rose), Richard (Nancy) and Phillip (Nancy). He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made in his honor to the SayWhatClub Organization.
