He was predeceased by: his parents, Elma Lowe and Kenneth Lowe; and his brother Jay (Colleen). He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann; his brothers, Rick (Mary), Tom (Susan) and Tim; his sons-in-law, Felipe Gonzalez and Morgan Wallace; his nieces and nephews, Kenneth III, Chris, Scott, Mitch, Nate Lowe, Melissa So and Josh Pendergast; and his sisters-in-law, Lisa Pendergast (John) and Carla Padilla (Jesse). He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
