She was predeceased by: her parents, Esther Buttner (Eric) and Leo Strauss (Ginny). She is survived by: her husband Merv; her sisters, June Kronberg (Gene) and Cynthia Nelidow (Dimitri); her children, Lawrence Kaplan (Marie), Pam Martell (Mike), Julie Kaplan (Jim) and Brian Kaplan (Stacey); her grandchildren, Alexander (Christina), Elliot, Aviva, Ariela Kaplan, Griffin, Shafer Martell, Christina, Nicholas Monaco, Isabella, Colby and Ava Kaplan; and her great grandchild Gianna Monaco.
