She is survived by: her children, Ponchito Barragan, Alejandra Mejia (William Mejia) and Mariela Bernardo (Tavo Bernardo); her siblings, Javier Torres, Luz Elena Torres and Alejandra Torres; her grandchildren, Lalo Barragan, Alexi Mejia, Sara Mejia, Tati Mejia, Gio Barragan and Mosha Mejia; and her great grandchild Mateo Barragan.
In lieu of flowers, Juanita would have preferred to support local street vendors. Monetary donations are welcomed.
