He is survived by: his wife Natalie; his sons, Ryker and Walter; his parents, Catherine and Kenton; his parents-in-law, Laura and Steven; his siblings, Stephanie (Sean), Andrew (Kathryn), Wesley (Amanda) and Raymond (Bridget); his nieces and nephews, Allyson, Sunshine, Delaney, Delilah, Jacob, Tucker and Mike; his uncles, Terry and Neil (Sally); and his aunt Pam. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to the City of Hope.
