She was predeceased by: her husband Katsumasa. She is survived by: her children, Yolanda, Dr. Steve (Vicki), Randy and Wayne (Sue); her grandchildren, Dr. Jamie, Dr. Daniel and Kristen; her brother Kiyoshi (Myrna); and her parents-in-law, Sadao, Satomi Yabuno, Ethel Suzuki (Tony) and Jeanette Kobayashi. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
