It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Rita Halverson (North Highlands, California), who passed away on February 21, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her daughter Marga B. Halverson. She is survived by: her grandmother Joyce; her husband Rudolph Halverson; her children, Mark Halverson, Linda Snell and Peggy Hatchett; and her sister Patricia Engen (Burns). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grand-children.
