It is with great sadness that we announce the death of France Cecile Monk of North Fork, California, born in Montréal, Québec, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henri Ranger and Marguerite Ranger. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Monk; her children, Nathalie Barrett (Todd) and Gregory Monk; her sister Michelle Knapper (Don); her grandchildren, Corey, Collin, Macie and Marisa; and her great grandchildren, Malachi, Cosette and Blake.
