She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Patricia and John; her children, Ursula Ann, Kathleen and Wiley III; her grandchildren, Samantha, Kelly, William and Paul; her husband Wiley; and her grandson Scott. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
