He is survived by: his wife Seiko Kojima; his daughters, Peggy Chiaki Correia (Scott) and Lisa Hitomi Gordon (Will); his granddaughters, Chelsea Megumi Sliney (John) and Shelby Miki Finder; his brother Kyoichi Kojima (Yoko); and his sister-in-law Asako Inoue (Kanetoshi) of Japan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
