With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Muriel Marie Foster of Newport Beach, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 11, 2024 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethelrida Elizabeth Lorenz (Nonie) and Joseph August Rutledge; and her son John K. She is survived by: her husband Howard John Foster; her former husband Richard Kalayjian; her children, Heather, Darren and Gavin; her grandchildren, Morrison and Dylan; her children, Neil, Elliot and Kara; her grandchildren, Faith, Ryan, Vincent, Natalia and Magdalena; and her child Camille. She is also survived by her family and friends.
A rosary was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Joachim Church (1964 Orange Ave, Costa Mesa, CA 92627). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Good Shepherd Cemetery (8301 Talbert Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92646).
The family requests that in lieu of flowers a memorial donation be made in memory of.
