She is survived by: her siblings, George R. Patrick, Dorothy J Harris, Milan Patirck Jr., Margaret L Moore, Julianna Singleton, Jane Shackleford and Steven Patrick; her children, Mark Januszka (Dawn) of Long Beach, CA and Dr. Angela Egly (Kevin) of Oswego, IL; her grandchildren, Heather, Joshua, Ashley Januszka, Nathan, NicholasTorres, Rio Odum, Adam, Matthew, Christopher and Grace Egly; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Jacob Januszka and Bodhi Odum.
