He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Manisco and Angela Manisco. He is survived by: his wife Penny Ponder; his children, Matthew, Kacie and Brett; his grandchildren, Julian, Sofia, Olivia and Maya; and his siblings, Carl (Sharon) and Catherine (Steven).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joe's memory to the Crespi High School Guy Arbogast '74 Memorial Scholarship Fund, a cause close to his heart.
