She was predeceased by: her parent Glenn A. Peasley. She is survived by: her mother Nadege Williams; her sisters, Lisa Peasley, Debra Paladino and Sherie Carnegie; her cousins, Alison Lucidi and Laurel Reid; her husband Chris Lynch; her sons, Jack Peasley-Lynch and Ethan Peasley-Lynch; and her stepbrothers, Tim Peasley, Dan Peasley and Kurt Kovacks. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Amnesty International, one of many causes to which Jill devoted her time and energy in life.
