He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Harrell and Josie Harrell; his former wife Sue McBroom Harrell; and his son Shane Edwin Harrell. He is survived by: his wife Billie Harrell; his daughters, Haylie Bennett (Greg) and Tara Preece (Bill); his sister Kay Worley; his nephews, Brent and Kevin; and his niece Shelly. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
