He is survived by: his parents, Orville Dykstra and Ermina Dykstra (Susan Ogden Dykstra); his sisters, Linda Johnson and Judy McCubbin; his children, David Scott Dykstra, Suzanne Hosie and Karin Odasz; his stepchildren, Suzanne Ogden Vannatter, Corinne Ogden Rogers and Warren Ogden; his granddaughters, Amanda Odasz, Elizabeth Hosie and Kimberly Odasz; and his stepgrandchildren, Aislin Rogers, Brogan Rogers, Reid Rogers, Laney Rogers and Kensington Vannatter.
David requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.
