He is survived by: his wife Mary Cecelia Whited; his daughter Sina Kite; his grandchildren, Casey Babcock and Evelyn Hall (Jeremy); and his stepchildren, Patty Smith (Doug), John Waring, Joseph Waring and Ronald Dishong (Sherry). He is also survived by several step grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to help with expenses to return his ashes to California.
