He was predeceased by: his brother Jack Rocha. He is survived by: his wife Helen Rocha of Newman; his children, Ed Rocha of Turlock, Dan Rocha of Gustine and Kathy Strandwold of Newman; and his brother Clifford Rocha of Livermore. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren.
