He was predeceased by: his wife Maria C. Silveira. He is survived by: his children, Jose Silveira of Stevinson, Everett Silveira of Newman, Tony Silveira of Newman and Phyllis Sterling of Newman; and his sisters, Maria Batista of Hayward and Guomar Rosa. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
