He was predeceased by: his father Joe M. Rocha; his wife Evelyn Rocha; and his siblings, Mary Jane Ford and Elerd Rocha. He is survived by: his children, Joe, Kathleen Roper, Elaine Collison (Paul) and Lorene Moeller (Ken).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hillview Funeral Chapel (1258 R St, Newman, CA 95360). A rosary was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Joachim's Catholic Church (1211 Main St, Newman, CA 95360).
