Though Chester Gus may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Boyd and Kissie Boyd; and his wife Beaulah Brainard. He is survived by: his children, Greg Boyd of Florida and Brenda Harlow (Ron) of Sacramento; and his granddaughters, Lynda Thorsteinsson and Vickie Boyd of Rocklin. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
