He is survived by: his wife Carrie (Rook); his former wife Rebecca (Roger Basham); his children, Todd (Lulu), Stacie (Wade Ratzlaff) and Ami (Brian Cooper); his grandchildren, Alan, Anthony, Stephanie, Jonathan, Cody (Ratzlaff) and Shelbie (Ratzlaff); his brothers, Gerald (Barbara) and Frederick (Patricia); and his brother-in-law Mark Rooke. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
