He is survived by: his wife Vera McSkane; his siblings, Donal, Harry, Charlie, Kathleen, Maeve and Colette; and his children, Tim, Peter, Fiona, Sioban, Clare and Grainne. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
